I have been wondering some of the same things, but I don't think they'd have any way of actually knowing how much to tax you.  Your wallet is anonymous, and whatever you withdraw into your bank account isn't necessarily going to be gains.  You could also do localbitcoins for cash if you didn't want to pay "the man."  This will be an important topic in the future though, and I also would really like to know what taxation is going to look like.
