I have a lot of nice parts laying around and with my dual 5830 rig taking up more bench space, it's time to sell some of them  Tongue Most of these were going to go on ebay but I hate ebay and it's really slow, annoying, and expensive so I figured I'd post them here.  And in the true spirit of a random item sale, it's make an offer.  I'll consider any offers via private message or posted reply.

I've owned a computer repair business for 8 years so don't worry, all these parts are thoroughly tested and working.  For example, the RAM passed a memory test and the hard drives passed a disk check with zero bad sectors.  They were thoroughly zeroed out too so don't go thinking you'll get someone's data  Tongue  I'll sell and ship to anyone with bitcoins in the continental United States.  All shipping is with USPS priority, typically the flat rate boxes.  And, unlike some online retailers, I'll only store your shipping address for about a week and delete it after the item was confirmed as delivered and working.  Bitcoins are supposed to be anonymous, remember? Cheesy  So here's the inventory list:

Processors:

Sempron 64 LE-1250 SDH1250IAA4DP socket AM2 2.2GHz 45W 512 L2 cache

Athlon 64 ADA3800IAA4CW 3800+ socket AM2 512 L2 2.4 GHz

Celeron D 2.8 GHz 256 L2 SL7NW 533 MHz FSB socket 478

Pentium 4 2.66GHz 512 L2 533MHz FSB SL66PE socket 478

and two Xeon 04 processors which they didn't really feel like putting any model number on apparently but I'll try and find my old documentation on em.  I think they're 3.0 GHz @ 800FSB

It looks like the Sempron and all others will not fit into a normal AM3 motherboard.  I think some pretty uncommon boards are AM2/AM2+/AM3 and only take DDR2 but a regular, straight up AM3 board wouldn't take it.  They added like 3 pins but changed more than that so the board has to be adapted to take both and when some hardware modding place decided to remove the extra pins so it'd fit, it didn't work Tongue  You might want to check the QVL but something like this ungodly ugly board:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157202

would take any of the AM2 chips and since it's ancient technology, they're practically giving them away.

And apparently BTC -> USD kinda sucks right now but on the anticipation that that isn't permanent, I could do the 320GB drive for

EDIT I totally quoted a yet to be listed 320GB desktop hard drive in case you already saw this so the new answer for the laptop hard drive is: 4.25 BTC.  That's a lot lower than the typical ebay prices but considering what I'd owe to them and Paypal, it's about right.

Wow even with the price now for btc, 4.25 btc for that 320 seems high.

respectable looking ones on ebay seem to be around $40-45 with shipping and 4.25 x the highest instant buy on tradehill of 8.34USD = $35.45.  I guess I could do 4.0 though.

EDIT: it fell to 7.42 USD as of right now so now it's a great price lol.  Does anyone know what's going on?  I mean you don't have it hang low at like $9 and then everyone's like hmm I better sell em and then it gets down to $8 and more people are like WOW great time to sell! and sell even more.  Something else must be going on.

Okay, it just changed drastically again so how about just $30 US including priority shipping at whatever MTGox's "last price" for BC is at the moment.

I just updated it and it requires some explaining.  If it's not there anymore, that means it's gone.  If it's there and has a line through it, that means it's being held or sold but didn't technically leave my house yet so it might be coming back if the deal somehow falls through.

Guess what I just came up with?  Check out the last listing in the adapters category Cheesy oh yeah, a Hoter 1x to 16x adapter Cheesy Yeah, this one:

http://www.amazon.com/HOTER-Extension-Cable-Riser-Adapter/dp/B0057M1ZLE

And I'll take the BTC equivilant of $14 for it too (first class, priority would be $18) and it ships from the central US Cheesy

oh and I have a turion single core and turion dual core laptop available, both XP Pro former business machines, 1 GB ram ea, plus a super high end brand new dual slot Manhattan Barcelona bag for each and a Coolermaster solid aluminum xieve, moveable dual 80mm fan cooler tray, and brand new external full sized USB mouse for each.  If you're interested, message me for more details and an offer or quote.

Pics are still coming but this is worth an update just cuz it's awesome.  Since I'm pretty sure BTC is going to go back up eventually, I'm pricing all goods at the BTC equivilant of $8.50 US per BTC instead of the $6.50 it's at now.  So if you want to spend your BTC on some nice parts but know that this a horrible time to spend them, I just eliminated that factor Smiley  And if you're looking to offload your BTC but got to the exchanges too late to find an acceptable price, here's the best way to offload them Smiley Their USD prices are based off of the lowest respectable looking, US located buy it now price on ebay too so you know it's a deal!

Oh and the single core Turion laptop with bag and cooler and mouse sold but the X2 is available, though I have an interested buyer.

I have one of these...supports both types of processors and also will use DDR2 or DDR3.
