what do you do with your Bitcoins?

I'm doing a research essay and am trying to gather information as to what people do with their coins. Do you hold onto them until the value raises? Maybe spend them on a pizza? Or even spend on the black market. Any replies are helpful. Thanks!

I usually just end up selling them when they are worth a lot and then purchasing phones/clothes or food.

Just recently bought a bunch and just holding onto them. Along with my 401k, I'm just seeing Bitcoins as another way to diversify what I'm putting my money into for the long term. Hopefully one day I will be able to spend the Bitcoins directly instead of having to worry about exchanging them for fiat.
