Hi All,

I'm just trying to get my head around something.  Can hardware based miners participate in pooled mining??  Or is that just a silly question.

From reading around here, there seems to be resistance to buying hardware miners now, based on the ROI (which *seems* to be tied back to the increasing difficulty, and the chances of solving a block on your own).  Now I can understand that.  But as someone who is still interested in mining, I look at the hardware solutions as an opportunity to have some pooled mining running 24x7, using a lot less power than my PC running my GPU flat out is currently consuming.

Or am I just off the mark??

Cheers
Sam
