*update* There is someone (A REAL IDIOT) who is trying to connect with the dogecoin blockchain. They are probably using a VPN, so banning the IP probably won't do anything. This is probably Lafu, who I know is from cryptopia. I am pretty sure they are just trying to kill whatever they can because they suck. Anyway, eventually it won't matter. I think it may be the dev trying to get us to say, Oh look we need the dev to fix the broken wallet. But honestly, I don't give a fuck what happens. I spent $3,000 1.5 years ago and purchased 2.5% of all the experiencecoin from the thieving cryptopia. I withdrew them all too. But that was so long ago, I really don't care anymore. I have moved on too bigger and better projects. I am here willing to help, but people need to grow the fuck up, seriously. My experiencecoin wallet address is number 4 in the rich list, or it was when there was a block explorer. If anyone is to be sad, mad angry or whatever, it is me, or maybe the guy who has 43%, but I don't care. So but when i told you this issue you said it was no issue at all.

Dude, go for a walk, chill a bit...
Lafu and Shotgun are both good people, with a sincere interest in crypto, they were just trying to help fix something that got broken. No need for an ego match here.
Without bothering to look at the src code, because I am lazy, and also busy, I would hazard a guess that whoever cloned up epc from doge didn't bother to change the network magic, and because of this, the doge wallets can happily chat with the epc wallets if they happen to connect with each other. The little chat only gets confused when they try exchanging blocks...then it all goes to hell.
Had the magic been made unique like it was intended, the wallets would disconnect instantly when discovering they are talking to the wallet for a different coin..with different network magic numbers..
It also isn't helping that you are giving out nodes with random port numbers stuck at the end, this will not work. That is the outbound port for the connection, you want a node address to point to the inbound port (the P2Port), that is the only port the other wallet is LISTENING on ...

108.60.201.54:7400, port 7400 is an incoming port, because this IP is not random, it is an Exchange that hosts EPC, the admin sent it over chat including the listening port.
Yeah, that magic number thing is probably it. I do have not successfully compiled a cryptocurrency wallet before, so I don't know. It would be nice if someone could fix it.
1,000,000 EPC bounty to the first coder who can fix the wallet connecting to shibtoshi.
Why would someone want to kill this coin???
Network Is working again and the main Explorer page is up again , wallet updates blocks now ! cheers Wallletadress Eb52Ph7Ybwv1kwZUect5QyPeD3UoEFcafy

There may be problems using "addnode".
Addnode is a command used in the config file. It connects the wallet to a node and downloads the connected node's peer list, and attempts to connect to each of the nodes appearing in the list. This can have several drawbacks, including slowing down the syncing process due to attempting to connect to many nodes that are not available.
Using the command "connect" instead of "addnode" can improve the performance of the synchronizing, as well as preventing connections of unwanted peers.

Wow that's all greek to me. Where can I buy Experiencecoin? It does not appear to be on coinmarketcap. I thought it was trading here: https://exchange.thecoin.pwBut there are very few sell orders.
