Nope. It were mostly altcoin based exchanges having temporarily closed registrations, and that while the main Bitcoin exchanges kept accepting new registrations, and these exchanges are pushing markets forwards or backwards. On top of that, it's not that people in this market don't have the option to choose between various exchanges. For that reason it was pretty stupid seeing people sell exchange accounts, which is a shady act in my opinion. Only a retard will ever buy an exchange account and then actually use it for trading purposes. It's like you are willingly putting your funds at risk, which is just insane....

I'd rather have millions of new people with small budgets than big investors coming to the market. Men like Soros are coming here and these guys are blood-sucker. Lots of people will suffer because of these guys in the long run.
