Most of ICOs are scams and even if there are still some ICOs that arent scam, most of them are also not really serious about their project, about making their product have demand and wanted by people. They just want to get quick money from the crowdfunding or ICO and playing around with their project.

We need some regulations on this to increase the trust and make ICOs have better results.
