Holding Ethereum is always good option to hold, presently Ethereum is getting for low rate, so those who wants to invest these is the right time to invest.
Holding Ethereum is always a wise choice to support your portfolio, as in the OP it is said, "at this time it is wise to invest in Ethereum or not" then looking upon the present report Ethereum is moving at a good pace, it is good to time to hold but not to invest as it is already near $600 and I believe it will go more down in the coming days and will serve good opportunity to those who want to invest, for those thinking to HOLD I will recommend wait for 2-3 months and results will be unbelievable. |

I think investing in ethereum when it is below $1000 is a good decision because if you are patient enough you will rip x2 or even more of that in the nearest future. Ethereum is below $700 now. I think it is a good bargain if you invest.

One should invest in both. Why invest in one if you can get huge profit from both ? Always go for splitting. Both these coins are at the peak. Ethereum cannot be ignored as it is now even more popular than bitcoin since its wallet is the source of several (mostly all) coins. I always prefer Ethereum due to its various qualities and in the near future it can easily touch new heights. |

MY opinion, this is the best time to buy and hold the ETH. Because at this moment the crypto market is green and is increasing the price day by day. I believe its price will be grown in these next few weeks it's will give us a huge profit. |

Yes, I would recommend Ethereum right now. It is currently undervalued and oversold because of all the ICOs that are cashing out but this is just a phase, after this phase, all that will be left is growth. Mass adoption and innovative technology is the key to Ethereum's success and if you buy and hold now, you will surely be rewarded in the future. |

its a safe to hold ethereum today, because maybe soon will rise. 500 USD i think is a best and strong support. and its a simple think that maybe it will be back to 1k USD or more in the end of this year. so therefore, for me its better than bitcoin.

I still tend to favor Bitcoin over Ethereum and there are multiple reasons behind that decision. First of all, Bitcoin has survived for more than 10 years as the top crypto (in terms of user-base and market cap). And secondly, ETH is facing a lot of competition now. |

Bitcoin is just an investment. At the same time, ETH has not yet reached its peak, neither in price nor in technology. And the ETH outlook, in my opinion, is much better than BTC.
For longterm, of course, they are both good, but the ETH capability is wider.
As for competition, ETH they have more, but while it is weak.

I'd like to recommend that you hold both of them because both of them have the potential to increase more in the future. So buy now while the price is very cheap. As in really cheap right now so invest and hold alot of it. |

that's right, I think if we have the funds to buy it and hold it in the long run. other than that token etherium I'm sure will increase from time to time to make people get bigger profit and so on! then will you invest in the token etherium?

If you can't invest to bitcoin because it is to much expensive then you can proceed to ethereum that is more cheaper than bitcoin and can pump this year into 3x of it market value, buy now and hold so that we can together see the outcome of our investment this year.
