It seems that Litecoins are rising really fast, It looks like now is the time to invest, I hear there are some ASICs coming out for them so it is going to increase the difficulty. The current price is over $14 USD.

All Altcoins rising latley really crazy. Look at the 7d charts for each coin: http://coinmarketcap.com/

Its just that they all are pegged to BTC but because its not cheap any more, thus the investments are going into other coins.

So you say that litecoin will reach bitcoin's price? There aren't any cheap or expensive coins.

No you missunderstood me, pegged means if bitcoin rises they will also rise , and probably more percentage points thaan Btc. And by cheap i mean, out of reach of most people. LTC is around 13 while btc is around 800..

Also because there market cap is small that is why any price change is displayed exponentially.

Yes i agree that's why i 'm saying that there are no expensive or cheap coins. You don't have to buy 1BTC. You may buy 0.017 btc instead of 1 ltc since they are pegged.

That's nonsense. You can't compare 0.017 BTC with 1 LTC. You should compare 1 BTC with 4 LTC, because there will 4 times more Litecoins mined than Bitcoins in total. Which means there will be around 16 times more 0.017 fractions of Bitcoins than "full" pieces of Litecoins. So yes, Litecoins are cheaper. And no, they aren't pegged, I don't even know where did you get this idea from.

That's not an issue whatsoever. Check the bitcoin.org faq

Seems like you misunderstood. I edited my post, maybe it will be more clear.

It's like you said gold isn't more expensive than silver, because you can buy 1g of gold instead of 1 ounce of silver and it will cost the same.

I watched LTC rise in the last 24h, that's crazy!
I always knew they had potential, but who would have thought that the prices would be skyrocketing this much ? Guys if you havn't already, i think it's the best thing to do now is to invest! before its too late
