Anyone who has made transaction with Quark knows it is a winner.  So fast and smooth...perfect for payment system.  CPU based means no special hardware needed, anyone with a computer can support the network infrastructure.

If the large transaction bug has been solved in upcoming software release there is nothing to stop if from being #1 (or if value increases enough then no one will be making 1,000,000 QRK transactions anyway so becomes a non-issue haha).

Significantly inferior coins to Quark are way past dollar parity.

what is so great about the quark?  I read in the ANN thread about the hashing, and the coin generation and 1% inflation, but what makes it *significantly* superior?  I mean explain it in an economics sense the issues you see as they currently exist (current and future) and what/how quark addresses them
