The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

You can give me a BTC address where i can send a little compensation

So you took an unofficial bid and didn't even post it on the thread for someone else to counter?

I see...

I just find it odd that someone would bid "4.3 BTC unofficially" when the highest bid was 3.3 BTC

Congrats on getting a great price

I was going to bid up to 5.0 btc, but forum be damned.  No big deal, outages happen, on to the next auction.
