Hi,

I am still a "newbie" and can post no where else in the forums. However I am currently interested in purchasing 100 MtGox USD for 105 USD
or bitcoins at 9.7 usd each

If you don't have the means to do a wire transfer or other official ways to send currency to mtgox, you might consider buying Bitcoins locally, where you hand someone cash, and they send Bitcoins to your address.
