Just been contacted by Support to check I wanted to do this and yes, told them we had to reluctantly turn down an offer to buy 150,000 nuggets now for whitepaper week 1 pricing. Wow. Good thing we are principled and sticking to our schedule or at this rate we'd be nearly sold out by the start of the ICO!

We believe too strongly in the principles of DigitalGold, equality for all and the timeframe we're working towards to let someone jump the schedule, even for that kind of investment. They are of course, very welcome on June 2nd with all the other investors

Following on from the last post, our director has decided against a 'bounty' campaign.  Everyone knows these are really just shills who are offered tokens to repeatedly post on social media and forums about a project. It isn't genuine and we don't want to, or need to, operate in that way.

Obviously we are offering DigitalGold nuggets as rewards for translations, because that's a useful and quantifiable addition to our ICO build-up. But paying people to fake-post about us doesn't interest us.

If you are interested in investing in us, or posting about us, then please do so - but on your own free will and initiative, not because some random project owner has offered you payment to do so!


That's our viewpoint on it all, we hope you understand and appreciate our honesty and position on it. As previously said, the ICO is not at risk of underperforming anyway - our concern more the opposite -  that interested investors manage to obtain the amount they want before our 60M total nuggets are sold out

Hi DigitalGolders - should have that exchange on board later today, they just need to confirm a few more details to me regarding our exposure vis a vis other crypto on the exchange. We will only accept Grade A listings from Day One for a currency like this.

Have amended the topic heading - we were getting a lot of email about the $0.03 per nugget cost in the ICO and how that was worked out. As we operate a variable scale over the weeks and also have bonuses available depending on purchase quantity, it perhaps was a little simplistic!

We would refer people to the white paper where the details are - basically, $0.03 works out at the approximate cheapest price that nuggets would be, if you invested in week one of the ICO and obtained the bonus quantity available. From there on, price per nugget would increase incrementally but even towards the end they would be very affordable compared with some of the outrageous cash grabs that organisations try to get from coins that have billion+ circulation quantities.


We will update the headline to show more pricing information once the ICO starts.

3rd exchange in the bag for DigitalGold!

Great news everyone - DigitalGold is now confirmed to be on 3 exchanges at launch, one of which is a fiat-crypto exchange and the other two being intra-crypto.  Today's meeting in Europe went fantastic, the company concerned were extremely keen to have us on their systems and we got an incredible reception and deal.

We're actually now setting our sights even higher as we have a few more weeks until the ICO and a little time after that. Could be on another couple by the time GoldNet launches in Q3! We are amazed by the support we have, and we can't wait for the patent to come through so some of these NDA's and general restrictions on us can be lifted.

Just to answer a regularly emailed question - are there going to be more nuggets added if/when the 64M limit is reached during the ICO?

No, there won't. This is a non-inflationary digital wealth asset, and a large part of that is due to the low limit of coins in circulation. Once these coins are sold during the ico then that's it! You'll own part of a very exclusive asset, with the only way upwards.

This is why we've had so much demand to purchase early - it's expected to rapidly sell out come June 2nd, and then won't be available until GoldNet launches and the exchanges carry them. And Nuggets could well be a couple of dollars by then, and considering the ICO price range is approx $0.03 to $0.10 you can see the difference!

Thank you - we thought long and hard about the name, it was chosen because it represents what we are making...a digital form of gold, to store and appreciate in value, to trade and to own.

Of course, gold won't give you anything like our patent bonuses, nor will it grow so quickly in value but it is still the best description of our currency. And then it was natural to call the coins DigitalGold Nuggets, and our own blockchain to be called GoldNet.

Over the weekend, one of the coding team at DigitalGold did a little project and examined the many upcoming ICO's this year.

Looking at the price per coin coupled with the amount of coins going into circulation gives an idea of the market cap these coins will be running at their launch. Generally speaking, all other things being equal, the lower the better because it gives far more upside potential. If you launch a coin with the market cap nearing ethereum at launch - you're not really likely to grow at all!

A lot of ICOs are either asking for $1 or more per coin, and even the ones that are asking less have many hundreds of millions going into circulation, and/or high mining production after launch. There is very little upside in such projects.

DigitalGold comes out right top of a very large and long list!  We have both a low limit (64M total, 95% of which are available in the ICO) and a very low purchase price range of $0.03 to $0.10. We are able to do this because we are putting our resources into the coin and have been careful with our money, and are not in this to make a cash pile before launch.

Additionally, the lack of a large amount of mined coins being dumped into the circulation every day only makes our position even stronger.


We weren't too surprised by the outcome of our coder's project - we know DigitalGold is terrific value, and it appears the communities and internet at large has realised that also, judging by demand.



Please bear in mind when looking at other ICO's - if they're offering billions of coins and/or trying to get a relative high price per coin and/or are dumping loads more into circulation after launch either from a centralised repository or miners ----- be careful, because there won't be much gain left for you.

And if they've taken Pre-ICO money, even less for you!

Good morning and thank you to support for the terrific job they're doing with customer service both on here, other forums, social media and our on-fire email account!

We would request that marketing/advertising type promotion companies save their time and refrain from emailing us with their proposals - DigitalGold is having the opposite problem if anything, we have too much interest chasing too few nuggets. Nice problem to have though!

So we 100% don't need paid advertising or marketing. And anyway we all feel a little uneasy about it anyway, as there is a lot of shilling, fake news and worse going on with some of those schemes. Not something we want to be associated with.


I have a meeting with our cryptographer and coders later this morning as we're planning another stress test on GoldNet, our custom blockchain. So far it's held up beautifully but we're going to ramp up our testing and see how she performs.
