What you have to do is to go on with the bounty you are already on and observe what goes on there through the bounty thread, the bounty telegram and other social networks of the bounty.

Then give yourself time to study what makes other bounties successful and compare. You will definitely understand something. However, is all about experience too, you can make mistakes but don't make a mistake that will cause you alot of discouragement. I wish you the best.

 Go to bounty section and search for a good bounty campaign with a good and respected manager don't just join when you doesn't even know what is the background of the managers reputation. Don't join bounty campaign when it says that you are going to get paid in 4-12 months, and don't fool yourself to join bounty when you don't know how to convert tokens using exchange site.

You need to at least get to Junior member rank before you can earn anything from the bounty programs. Set your forum settings to notify you whenever a new topic has been created to get in early otherwise it will get full pretty quickly.

There is no one way to find a good bounty campaign, what you should is visit the bounties thread here on the altcoin discussion section, from then on out it's basically you just looking through different bounty links and posts to find recent ones and then to find the ones that look legit enough and will work with the rank on your account and also has rules your can follow

You are very much welcome aboard but I am sure you will have to take many lessons and must know that bounty programs are not as easy as you are thinking. Most important thing is, I am not demotivating you or something like that but I am trying to tell you facts.

Not all bounty programs will be legit one at the end.
You will find more than 70% bounties becoming scam by the end of their program.
If you encounter such events then you have to be patient and keep finding others.

Best way to follow is :

Divide the campaigns according to the Managers. There some of the good managers who manages almost 90% legit campaigns so find them first and join all their bounties.

There are so many Bounty websites and telegram chanel. Form them you can find bounties. but all of the bounty is not good. most of them are fake or not worth. Therefore before do bounty you can reserch on that ico is worth.
Then you can choose good bounty.

Anyway, my suggestion is to raise first your rank. Focus on ranking up first, even up to Jr. Member only. Since you don't need any merits to proceed from Newbie to Jr. Member. Because, there are no available signature campaigns for Newbies. Even if there is, the payment is just a little amount. However, if you really want to join any bounty campaigns, you can join in social media campaigns like Facebook and Twitter. Although, most rewards that you can get is just a small amount because of too many participants.

If you reach the Jr. Member rank, find a good campaign managers and join their campaigns. Since, most of their campaigns end up successfully!

You don't need anyone to show you good bounties, you have to figure it out yourself. All you need do is head over to the bounties section, go through all the numerous bounties there, filter it one after the other and decide for yourself which one you want to join. Always look at its usecase and dev and community as a guide.
