Im after some advice.
I have a dev friend with some skin in the game who has partially designed a notification gui/interface that provides email/sms notifications within 10-30sec of any entered/desired percentile movement of any coin over any timefame. Ive seen it deliver sub-1min notifications to sms of pumps of a certain coin im elbow deep in, and alerted me to buy well below peak.
For a pretty penny(!) he's offered to expand/isolate it to a (single) entire major exchange.
I cant help but feel that such a service has already been developed, finetuned and available to subscribe to for a lesser cost. Either that, or the notion of realtime 'pump catching' is infeasible.
Or, could it be the perfect way to realtime piggyback on whale p&d's?!?!?!
My questions are, does such a service already exist? Is the idea of catching a pump that early feasible?
would you throw a btc that this, or a mining rig? Satoshi for your thoughts?
Im fully prepared to remunerate for honest quality advice Smiley
Thank you in advance!

it's a wonderful thing when someone can ride a whale tail, and it's interesting to try, but it's impossible to ride a whale tail.
