This collectible is being put up for sale. I came across it a few months ago and was surprised to find that it has history, not just in the general culture, but woven through this community specifically.

This item has taken some wear. No surprise, given its genesis, but you can see that from the pics. Worth noting, this auction is only for the black marble piece. There is no associated paperwork.

This does have a history here you are correct.  Before i entertain a bid would you ship first or use a secure escrow here on this site such as minerjones?  Can i also ask what county you are in as local pickup might be an option for me as well.

I would be willing to put it in the mail before accepting payment for a trusted member. I'd also be willing to provide enough documentation to allow you to pursue legal recourse. Escrow is a bit difficult, because expediency is key for me. Open to other suggestions. Your comfort is job #1.
As for pickup, South Jersey is probably specific enough. And I'm open to that.

I will have to say no then.  Pick up would be only option i wont send any funds without shipping first or escrow possibility.  Will watch to see how this plays out.
