A well-armed populace is the best defense against tyranny. All weapons are shipped from our FFL to your FFL. Prices do not include shipping/handling A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license that enables an individual or a company to engage in a business pertaining to the manufacture of firearms and ammunition or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms. Holding an FFL to engage in certain such activities has been a legal requirement within the United States of America since the enactment of the Gun Control Act of 1968. Please feel free to PM, post or call me with any questions We never consider it rude to make an offer, so please feel free to make one! 'Murica Please take time out of your day to tell GunsAmerica.com and the NRA to please accept/support BTC! Paypal hates guns just as much as Bitcoins. People do not understand how simple the process of purchasing a firearm really is online, but as of right now the only way for sellers to be protected is by using Postal Money Orders... PMO cost a good bit of $, they are slow and you have to purchase multiple money orders for large purchases. Bitcoin is the gun crowds best friend... get used to it. CustomerService@GunsAmerica.comhttps://contact.nra.org/contact-us.aspxTell them BAC sent you There is also a link at that NRA site you want to ask them about regulations ect. I only have a few Glocks listed here, but if you want a different one please let me know and the chances are we have it. *BRAND NEW* Olympic Arms AR-15 .223 (30+1) _______________________________________ *BRAND NEW* CIA-Pap AK-47 Two magazines (30+1) _______________________________________ *BRAND NEW* Taurus G2 9mm Two magazines (10+1) _______________________________________ *BRAND NEW* Mossberg 715 22LR 25rd magazine _______________________________________ *USED* Mossberg 930 Auto 12g (8+1) _______________________________________ (Still adding sorry for the delay.)

How can you sell guns within the U.S. via mail? Don't you have to register them to your name upon purchase? If this was legal, what is there to prevent someone from buying the gun and just never registering it to his name?
Just googled FFL, nevermind

I hate shooting .357's! Scared it is going to jump back and shoot me in the face But they are a great defense gun due to the fact the have amazing stopping power and loud as hell.

Is there anyway I can get around the new law in Maryland to purchase one of your ARs or AKs?
I understand the lower is the problem, but without the lower, what is the point?

Maryland's new gun laws are rediculous, not only are you not allowed to buy out of state, but you have to take a gun safety course just to own a firearm. I'm going to preorder a knife safety course, because its inevitable. You will need to be trained to cut your steak.

Just a note in WV if you need assistance on this let me know (plus BAC knows me pretty well) but assuming SS's post no guns allowed to be bought out of state (really WTF?) but I make runs to the eastern panhandle about once a month. I have no clue on that. We always just recommend asking your local FFL or email the NRA.

Are the pricing tickers on these accurate? I'd be interested in a few of these, but some of your prices are over 200% markup. $600 for a tacticool 22lr that is $199 everywhere else, and $900+ for a 'new' (only some parts are new - and they're US made) Century npap AK47 that is $500 at every other major shop online.
Smart way is to sell at cost, for btc, and make your profit in btc's rise.

Thanks for telling me how to make my money. I'll write it down in my note pad... The .22 is doing what I can do. I know the price is about $100 over market. Please provide a link to a $199 one. The AK-47 is priced exactly against the market. Post your link for that one because here is mine: http://www.gunsamerica.com/951036830/Zastava_CAI_NPAPM70.htmEdit: I am open to offers of course Edit Edit: I head back to Cali here in the next few days so gun will be unavailable after next week.

Actually BAC, the Bitcoin tickers have been acting a bit screwy since the forums started proxying images. For example, while you have your first gun marked at $1150 USD, the Bitcoin Ticker is showing it as like $1270. At this point until the gifs get sorted, the Bitcoin ticker tools are just a decent guideline. I noticed some of the things that I was selling started going wacky too.
