Why trust me?

How will I divide the share and send the earning?

• The shared Neptune will mine on the Ghash.io pool where I will divide the automatic payout into multiple shareholders - 8% (240 GH) per Neptune ordered through my reseller referral link.  When the Neptune arrives, you just need to supply me with your bitcoin address where you want to send your share's payout to.

Where will the Neptune be hosted?

• To be determined, I have access to a network communication room with A/C and 220V power at work, but I am not sure if I want to leave such an expensive equipment un-monitored when I am not at work.  I might have no choice if the power consumption is over 2kw.

What guarantee will there be?

• I want to be clear that I am only providing this as a mutually beneficial service and not requesting any direct payment (althought donation is always welcome ).  You are also not paying extra to order your Neptune through my referral link, nor are you obligated to order through my link.  Therefore, there is no contract or guarantee implied or otherwise of any kind.  This is a purely an At-Will proposition that can be terminated by any parties involved at any time (KnC, you, myself, Mother Nature...)

What are the Risks?

The worst thing that can happen is you should still receive the Neptune you ordered and paid for (hopefully before April and hash at greater than 3 TH).

Here are various scenarios that can derail our sharing plan:

• KnC can modify or end their reseller program at any time and retroactively decide not to send the free Neptune.
• KnC cannot verify your order was placed using my referral link
• I cannot stop anybody from canceling their paid order with or without notifying the group, this can caused discrepency in the order queue.
• We just didn't make a group of 10 Neptune orders to earn an awarded Neptune.
• Shared Neptune might be damaged, stolen, lost during shipping, or arrived DOA.
• network, power outage can cause the shared Neptune to stop hashing.

3 simple things you need to do to participate

I am doing most of the work here (organizing, communication, hosting..) Below are 3 simple things you are responsible for if you would like to participate in this:

• Provide Order #, order date and quantity for validation purpose only via PM, as you are only qualified for a share of the Neptune when I validate your order with KnC that it was placed via my reseller referral link.
• PM me and also post here to notify the group if you canceled your paid order, so that I can remove your name from the order queue and move everyone below you up to fill your position.
• Send me final confirmation when your Neptune order has been shipped and received by you.

Failure to perform these 3 simple things are ground for dismissal and an indication that you are forfeiting your queue position.

I wish I can host for free for the 2nd and subsequent Neptune.  Unfortunately I don't have unlimited space or free energy.  Plus I already spent hours organizing this, so I am only requesting 20% to share the cost of hosting/power/management.  That's a pretty good deal (for you guys!) since I am doing 90% of the work, but only receiving 20% (really 10% since 10% will probably be needed to power this monster of a machine!)  All you guys have to do is to let me know and order through my referral link and you get 8% extra hashing for free!

The only catch is you want to be in at the beginning and not the end where we might not have exactly 10 Neptune orders so the last few people will be missing out.  It is still early enough that once the pre-order is open to the public we should be able to help sell quite a few more Neptunes, enough for a 2nd shared Neptune.

Only people that are aloud to order are people that already have accounts with KNC miner. They did this so we get a head start per say. I'm not using my account to buy a Neptune. If you want to buy one but don't have access to it since you're new I will sell my account to you. Just pm me.

Can you please clarify the above statement.
To me it sounds like you can at any time decide to terminate the whole gig and stop paying dividends to all party members. Probably that is not the case and as such you might want to rewrite it.

All of the people in the queue are putting a lot of faith in you for delivering on your promise, so it might be a good idea to put forward some sort of guarantee that once you receive the free miner/miners you will indeed  share the income

Perhaps you can arrange a hosting service close to the shipping date for which I will gladly pay. If for example it is $400 a month, then each of us will have to pay $40 which is nothing
Or better yet a small percentage of each person BTC income can go towards the hosting.
