I can understand Turkish and Russian besides English, so i have been following several turkish and russian accounts for some time. I'd like to suggest you some non-english speaking accounts which can give you great insights about altcoins and their future. You don't need to know these languages to understand these guys, it's enough to look at their charts or you can use google translate sometimes. Of course there are a lot of experienced english speaking traders but there are also a lot of guys who shill stupid coins and aren't helpful at all while having a lot of followers. I think it's worth to look for different accounts

1. Bitcoin Wanga (aka masterluc) - You should already know about  him. He is the one who predicted bitcoin's 20k price at the end of 2017. He shares his ideas in english on tradingview, and in russian  on vkontakte and telegram

VK: https://vk.com/bitcoin_vanga
TG: http://telegram.me/bitcoin_wanga

2. Selcoin - He's great at predicting incoming bull and bear seasons for altcoins. Tells almost exact support and resistance prices. You'll get what he's trying to tell from his charts  Grin

Twitter: https://twitter.com/selcoin

3. MAK - Gives great insights for picking altcoins and margin trading of bitcoin. Has years of experience. Shares the ICOs he's participated too.

P.S I don't have any private relations with any of them and i'm not seeking for anything to share about them

If you find it helpful let me know and i'll share more
