That is correct I contacted them because I was wondering why my withdraw took so long. After they said follow the steps in this link, I pressed the link and when I pressed zoom at the picture a file auto downloaded to my pc. If that is indeed a virus I will hold Fortunejack responsible for my hack. After I got the link I asked them what was going on, they responded with:

I have blocked part of my name because I don't want to have everyone to see my different usernames around the web. If that is a problem Fortunejack can send me an email and I will provide all the pictures without blocked parts.
Protecting your identity and usernames now seems to be worthless at this point since everything is stolen from you right? Being fully transparent right now is your only option to recover what you claimed is stolen from you, and since all you are giving us are alibis rather than answers makes me think that you are lying. And You don't get my point, your case is already in an "ongoing investigation" with the police, and still you are here making some kind of noise in the forum accusing FJ on stealing a total of 26.6 BTC, you should have waited for the results of the investigation before posting some weightless accusation here.
