I made a transaction which was only seen by one peer. After waiting a few hours I used the Reset Blockchain and Transactions feature but after syncing with the network the latest transaction (send, the one that was only seen once) is missing and my wallet balance is 0. As you can see on the screenshot the latest transaction showing up is positive (received) so I should have some BTC in my wallet but it's empty.

Any suggestions?

Did you check in https://blockchain.info  status of your transaction so you can try to reset blockchain from more early date.

Transaction if not found on the blockchain. Some people reported the same issue today on Github and suggested resetting the block chain to a date prior to my first transaction. This is what I'm doing right now but it takes a while.
