I think it will grow until May, 15 at least because on this day its hardfork will occur, so now a lot of people will go and buy it, and it can result as a price pump. Actually, I don't like to call it pump, as pumps are something artificial, a market manipulation done to fool other traiders and get your profut, but still I can't call this a natural growth either.

This is not sustainable but I guess the only possible thing to make it will have happened if the crypto will continue its trend. The majority of cryptos are on the rise and then it looks like this is the time for bitcoin cash to follow the major trend of the cryptocurrency right now.

Probably not. Remember that bitcoin cash is a sketchy coin run by greed-oriented people. They have been trying to promote their altcoin by calling themselves the "real" bitcoin when in reality all they did was to increase block size.

I would stay away from trading BitcoinCash as they are well-known for manipulating pumps and dumps in attempts to hurt and overtake bitcoin.

I think the rise in price of bitcoin cash is just for a while hence making it unsustainable. The rise is price is probably to attract new investors and as soon as people pump into it, there will be a fall in the price .The rise is just a trend because most cryptocurrency are rising and they feel they shouldn't be left out in the trend.

I agree with you, I can't say this coin is useless, it is in fact more useful than bitcoin but usefulness does not work for bitcoin cash, this rise can end up with a correction anytime so I would not buy it now.

8% rise is not something worthy of starting a topic over when we are talking about altcoins. specially when there are at least 5 other coins that have risen more than 100% in the past 24 hours and at least 50 other coins that have risen more than 8%.

bitcoin cash is not anything special it is just fluctuating and it is stuck in this price level. there is no pump coming for it if that's what you were assuming.

It is a useless coin, therefore the growth it is experiencing is unsustainable. What currently sustains the price is only it being a hard fork of btc, and of course some manipulators that tries to gain a hefty sum of profit from noobs who thinks that BCH is good and from those who still believes bitcoin cash will someday be on par or beat btc. If you want to hodl bitcoincash though, I suggest you don't buy it now.

Yeah it can definitely slowly pump until 2-3k but I dont think it will be sustainable and I expect a big dump after the hard fork.

BCH has largely been pump and dump coin usually controlled by Roger Ver. Coin has nothing new to offer. But being the first proper Bitcoin fork, it has been able to maintain its price and stay in top 10. BCH is indeed good for short term profit. But never a good long term hodl because of the lack of potential. The 12% growth is enough in short term to book profit from such coins. Unless the Roger Ver and company try to conduct another pump, there is a least chance of 2x-3x profit.

It's sustainable because the rise is due to the awareness in many parts of the world and the fact that many investors are getting involved.

I think this is normal because simply their company is working very well. Like the EOS, it keeps rising for a period of $ 8 to $ 20 and never stops. It was a bit of a surprise to me that Altcoin and BCH did. Its price has risen dramatically, making many traders have a lot of profit.

The price still went up a little bit more after you bought, if you have made that move as a short term investor you could have sold your bitcoin cash and obtained some small profits, but it seems that you bought those coins as a long term investor and in my opinion that was a huge mistake, because it is going to take a while for bitcoin cash to reach that price again.

This really couldn't be more wrong. It has no long term prospects. Bitcoin Cash is a cheap knock off whose only purpose for existing is to live off the coattails of the Bitcoin name (hence why anyone who supports it is always trying to convince everyone that it is actually Bitcoin). It doesn't bring anything new to the table that hundreds of altcoins don't already do. It was basically made to make a few people rich with free money. It has much slower blocks than many altcoins, and it is embarrassingly slow and unscalable compared to Bitcoin's LN. It is also a highly centralized coin with a handful of people deciding to hard fork it here and there whenever they please which means you can't trust in its long term value. And considering the only scaling approach they have is the naive "keep increasingly the blocksize" approach if it ever actually gets used all but the richest miners will have to drop out so it will be highly centralized not just in governance but in mining as well.

When a coin only uses about 50KB of their blocks and they decide to hard fork from 8MB to 32MB just for show in order to have talking points in attacking Bitcoin on social media you know that is a coin you want to stay away from!

In fact, buy more Bitcoin Cash because since coinmarketcap stopped listing Bitcoin.com, it seems there is still plenty of BCH to buy and the poor innocent people who bought BCH thinking it was Bitcoin need to sell theirs. I believe in BCH, They are coin with high rate of increase and sustainability. But despite rising, they still follow the trend of the market. Not every penny will increase forever. The BCH has fallen, but it will rise again.
