Looks like the ICO is not yet ready. The project looks cool but it also looks too good to be true i'll bookmark their site and check it for time to time for updates.

quarkchain is a very nice project but forbidding the participation of Turks has been very bad. I wanted to attend it but I cant attend for being turkish.
