It's like staying up to watch a total eclipse of the sun. This sort of thing doesn't come along that often.

the apt question is "anyone NOT losing sleep due to the action?"

i imagine that over this weekend, there will be lots of antsy people constantly checking their phones at the dinner table.

I don't have any coins and it's making me lose sleep for sure.  Gonna have to get some coins in my hands asap.  Can't sit on the sidelines while all this action is taking place.

I'll sleep when I'm dead.  Cool

They're trying to buy all the coins.
We must not let them.

True story....go away and forget about it for a few days. Don't even check the price...don't check the news.
Odds are you will miss a lot of drama that seems "world endingly important" but in reality doesn't matter worth a shit in a week.
Odds are the price will have gone up anyway...

The most relaxed times I've had with bitcoin seem to be when I'm too busy travelling for a week to hit the forums, too busy to check the price...bitcoin went on without me strangely enough.

ups and downs, you say?  buy at the bottoms and sell at the tops

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.  Give a man a Poisson distribution and he eats at random times independent of one another, at a constant known rate.

If you can't sleep because of bitcoin , you have too much money on the line. Sell down enough of your holdings so that you can sleep.

(This advice was given to some stock market speculators by a well known investor , unfortunately though I can't remember who. It has worked for me before  Smiley )

nobody better deny it.. what's the first thing you guys do when you wake up the morning? i'm willing to bet that most people who have invested in cryptocurrencies check their phone. you probably wake up in a haze, and then remember you have money invested in cryptos, so you jump out of bed and grab the phone  Cheesy

That's rubbish...the first thing I do in the morning is cuss myself for having to wake up to go to work on little sleep after watching the charts all night. Then I go back to chart watching when I'm somewhat conscious.  Cheesy

maybe you guys need a widget installed on your work computers so you don't have to check bitcoinity.rog or bitcoincharts all the time while "on the job"  Grin

i imagine there are a few people looking for the pricepoint where they can leave their shitty jobs.
