I have received my LTC after 2 days of withdraw 'processing'. I am relieved that the LTC price has not yet fallen below where I bought it. There is very little more agonizing than a site going down for 'maintenance' in the middle of a trade play, or the market moving while funds are in transit to another exchange.

I've send 103 yac to bter on sunday and another 100 yac a few houts later the first transaction never arrived.

I've send several mails to bter but no reply or rectification!

Yac was worth +/- 0.0003 BTC at that time now it's at 0.00014BTC. So even if they rectify the transaction I will still have lost 0.016BTC  = 18$.

Has anyone gotten a reply from support@bter.com

Anyone managed to withdraw anything since then? Not me... got "invalid verification code" every time I write it in. Anyone has the same problem?

Sent a mail to support@bter yesterday, still no answer.

I have the same problem. I think it does not allow depositing and withdrawing any coin...

No announcement about it.

deposit was not a problem at all and was very easy to do, also very quick..

only problems to withdraw... i thought it looks like the are scammers..

They are not scammers. There sight is just overloaded which is causing lots of problems. I have been able to withdraw BTC. If you get an error give it about an hour and try again.

I removed a little more than 2 BTC from the account, but at a conclusion there was a failure and transaction wasn't carried out! BTC wrote off from my balance at the exchange, but in a wallet they didn't arrive!
I apply a photo of a mistake!

Passed three days, but my problem remained not solved! ! !
Support doesn't respond to my letters!
Somebody can prompt what to do?

Huff, my problem is solved (early morning 5th of December, GMT +1)!! Suddenly BTC withdrawal passed through and it took like 10 minutes to arrive to my btc-e account (0.9 BTC)!!! So you who have "invalid verification code" problem, keep trying and it will eventually come through! I guess it did it around 50 times before the success. No bter.com for me for a loong time!

I confirm! My problem is completely solved!
Bter added 2.3btc back to my balance!

I deposited some BTC to my Bter acc 3 days ago and balance on my acc is still 0. I checked the transaction went through it has hundreds of confirmations by now.
