try to write an chinese email with google translate.
I also cant withdraw. I i made a second acount for testing if it is a Problem in general.
Yes even the new account cant withrdaw. (no coin can withdraw, deposit only)

More people should write them mails. Sadly they dont have a ticket system.

I think in my point of view, Bter is a good trustworthy platform but some software bug issues it face problem. every exchanger like MtGox, Cryptsy have same issues. I believe Chinese know how to make business.
