As NEO get fiery, I read and conclude some NEO cryptocurrency facts and phenomenons I want to share in a financially general view to help everyone understand a development direction of NEO cryptos.

What is NEO?
There’re several derivative crypto funding initiated last year enlarged the market capitalization. This is a growing trend started in 2016 led by bitcoin. As the trend goes, a lot more creative blockchains are founded recently after a big climb of bitcoin price in 2017.
Especially the EOS ranks 5 out of other more than 2000 cryptos and tokens in less than a year. NEO is one of these cryptos, a cryptocurrency that has a similar blockchain as EOS does. NEO cryptos are yet released but investors who participated the funding received 50 million crypto tokens in sum (This site shows what I read: https://citicoins.com/neo). NEO price is not gradually up as EOS’s, it was a smooth flat line before the climb of price.

Why NEO price grows rapidly?
Generally, there are 3 features you should know about NEO cryptos:
As mentioned above, NEO entered the market with good timing as the trend of cryptocurrency spread. By targeting the a general investment direction, NEO crypto sets up sooner than many of others.
Secondary reason is that NEO based in China takes advantages of population while China has forbidden cryptocurrency exchange. Based on large population, this is not wired that NEO with possibility of government support hits 11 in market capitalization rank — more users it owns, greater volume it has.
Thirdly, NEO is well-sensationalized. When Chinese holders hardly tunneled for crypto investment, NEO becomes the biggest choice. This is far not enough, NEO cryptocurrency optimizes advertisement of its idea in operation of blockchain (but it is a seemly straight copy from EOS) to attract good amount of consumers.

Is NEO good to invest?
We don’t know yet. They will officially release NEO possibly in the end of this year. However, its highly ranked position doesn’t reduce the chance of risk. Typically, people realize there’re some cryptocurrency were over expected once they’re released such as ICONOMI (ICN’s market capitalization never been stable: https://citicoins.com/iconomi)possibly due to market sensationalization. Let’s wait to see if NEO is worth to invest.

NEO is a coin of value and has a future. This is actually important in crypto money markets. But whatever it is, it is not easy to replace Ethereum. Ethereum is the second case for the market. NEO can make a big leap with the regional support it receives. However, it is still very difficult to reach the Ethereum level. I prefer Ethereum, which is always known globally if I have to choose one from the other. The Cardano platform is one of NEO's competitors. It can make a breakthrough in the ADA because of low cost and quick work. Because the same regional support will also take the ADA coin.

Neo is the next eth so to say but of course it will not replace eth. Neo or the nex platform can handle large volumes so that is their edge over other platforms. Also, it allows for you to cross trade in their platform. Your eth tokens can be tradable in the neo platform. I think these has helped the increase of neo in the market.

As a long term holder i was finding actual working product with devidend paying . I found NEO done some research on that . I got plenty of good things to invest on NEO
1) NEO works based on POS also ( Not completely) So each neo holder will receive free GAS which is worth half of NEO price may be more
2) Chinese investors are interested on NEO based projects Ex ( Pickciochain ).
3) Transaction fees and Confirmation time its high compare to other smartcontract platform
4) Easy to access webwallet
5) Lots of successful projects like Ontology still lots coming in NEO blockchain.
