For those who download miners - I would also ask to verify authencity of the miners using md5sums.txt and md5sums-signature.txt - you can do that right in your QT wallet with File/Verify Message function. Try advanced functions of your wallet, maybe you will need for something else

You gave an estimate for proto, how much can someone expect to make mining primecoin this way?

If I pointed 40 instances for half the hours mining proto, would I get same results, or less proto shares?

I would say the same but quicker but please dont quote me on that you can sign multi accounts up if you have a second card, email, address

I think you can avoid the whole putty thing and pasting the code one by one if you just enter the code on the configure page to begin with. I'm new to this so I apologize if my info is wrong. The code would go in the advanced details box I think. Please tell me if this is wrong because if it is then I have a lot of work to do.

the tutorial is the exact order you should do and see things, and as for the code copy it all and paste it in one go it will do all commands and putty is a must for the ssh connection.

How long until the instances change from pending fullfillment until they go green?  Its been 20 minutes.

If they dont change for 5 or 10 mins bid is to low or credit card is invalid so check the credit card by going to account top right and then billing and then payment method, if all is good cancel the spot requests and got refile for some more and up your bid by a cent at a time, also in the top left you will see the region your in oregon, etc. you can also try N. Virginia it seems to be on equal ground
