Poloniex scammed me!!!

I deposited 10270 XRP 4 months ago but I didnt recieve my money in my account. At that time I want to sell XRP at price 2.5 USD (now the price is 0.84 USD). I lost alot of money because Poloniex didn't support my case. I tried to deposit 100XRP to Poloniex, after 1 hour my account show me that I have 100XRP. I wonder that did Poloniex try to prevent user to sell XRP (or another altcoin) when the price of that coin is go up?

I contacted Poloniex support immediately (Support ticket #672451), they replied me after 3 months that my case was processing, after that they didn't response anything anymore.

How can I withdraw my XRP? I dont want to sell XRP anymore. I hate Poloniex.

Shame of poloniex, this is why I don't use them anymore.

They have prevented some users not to sell during the ATH and if they are really into their customers they would review their backlogs from time to time and in your case, they didn't.

Sad that you have lost lot of money, you can create a scam accusation against them.

If its exporting or importing your alts to or from Poloniex most likely you will encounter a delay problem and its not only you who complained about this. What I do for alts is I convert to BTC since I don't see any problem with exporting or importing your BTC to or from Poloniex. Its just that Alts that is affected. If you don't hear from them try to message them through Twitter or tag them on your Twitter post. Most of the time they reply. They don't want their inefficiency to be made public.

I hate poloniex. Until now I am not yet verified. It is still processing? Other users or traders are already verified in just one day. I use government ID but until now they don't accept it? Poloniex does not accept government ID? I heard it is valid to get verified. I don't know what they want. All my coins are already withdrawn anyway.

And tag them on your tweet so that you can caught their attention. You have to also try reddit. Some of the poloniex staff in reddit are ready to answer your problems.

Poloniex is not adding deposits to peoples accounts. poloniex is not passing on the funds when traders withdraw. poloniex is not addressing the problem.

When Poloniex posts on twitter the most common reply is people asking about missing funds, support tickets and moaning about lack of any action from the support.

Many reviews are about people scare of missing funds.

I think Poloniex is about to exit!

Reputed exchange like Poloniex did like these. this is insane and never go to poloniex again.

But I don't have no idea of what to do now because your money os on their hand now so you need to wait for them to return or else no choice for you.But this can help other users not to do the same mistake of sending large amount of coin at a time.

I saw a lot of people complained issue like me, on there Twitter, I think Poloniex is trying to do slow support. The other platform they support is quite fast and easy. Just check the TXID and add money to the balance, why do they let people wait so long?

So he can create thread on Scam accusations section and DT member will red tag them if the case is strong enough and it may decrease that exchanges reputation so he may try to resolve his case if he find that red flag in him.

I don't think they even care if ever it is true that the owner of Poloniex is active in this forum and the account got flagged by a DT member. Their business will continue and Poloniex will continue to serve the public because those with large deposits in Poloniex will be afraid to pull out their money there, Poloniex might start freezing accounts if they see huge withdrawals.

It doesn't look like technical error,they froze his account with intention,so people please stay away from Poloniex after this because they might get away with all your money.That is why it is important to store all our money in a wallet,if we keep that it in an exchange the problems like these will happen always.
