On 6.11.2013 I have sent 315€ through SEPA payment method but I forgot to specify the details of payment when I did the transfer. The funds have already been transferred to BTC-e SEPA bank account.

Who should I contact in order to give the payment details that i forgot to mention in the transfer?

I tried to get in contact with someone from BTC-e, through their support page https://hdbtce.kayako.com/ , in order to give the details and be able to use those funds but they only answered that is no problem if the amount is under 500€. Any advice on how to solve this problem and hopefully be able to buy some bitcoins will be welcomed.

Did you manage to solve your issue?

It's not clear what the support was referring to, seems they were talking about AML verification.

If you still have the issue copy the discussion you had with support and paste it here after clearing out any sensible part.
