Guys, I got all my documentation scanned into a nice color PDF document at a local Fedex.  I was denied, I guess because it did not meet their criteria.

Can I convert the PDF into another type of image and how do I tell that it meets their criteria of what 300 dpi is?  Man, by the time I can buy, they will be past $2,000 but I still want in.  Thanks

DPI = Dots Per Inch, the scanner resolution.

You could try www.localbitcoins.com if it doesn't work out for you.

300dpi is a resolution ... 300 dots per inch.
you need a higher quality scan, although i cant believe a scanner at fedex wouldn't be up to par

I guess you just were unfortunate with the person reviewing your verification. I submitted my id, heavily watermarked, and a photo of an utility bill in color, got verified without any problem. So maybe you were denied for some other reason. Didn't they provide you with some feedback why you were denied?

You know they actually said no ID was submitted, but because I know I attached the documents, and they were in color, and because they reinforced the 300 dpi thing, I thought it was the latter.  But now I'm just thinking they never got the attachment.

I resubmitted the documents via a support ticket --- does everyone believe that PDF is an acceptable format?  All I could see was the 300 dpi requirement, it never said it has to be a GIF or a TIF or a JPEG.

The document from Fedex is in color and it is very very clear.  Crossing fingers.  Thanks for all the responses.
