Anyone have experience getting USD out of BTC-E with PayPal?

How long does it take, they mention 7% is this inclusive or exclusive of the PayPal fees?

Any help much appreciated!

7% is exclusive, and I got $20 fee when I receive with my paypal.

Mine took 1 and half day I think.

Why dont you just sell your btc-e code for bank transfer.
Use some escrow and you'll be safe.
