1. Let the escrow confirm (must be a trusted) and he can release the funds + interest directly back to the lender.
2. Weren't you asking for bitcoin in another section?

There is no proof that the amount in the escrow will go to you.
It depends if you send the object or not.

So basically, you can not count it as yours.
Do you have a collateral?

How do you plan to pay back if you don't get the money from escrow?

This isn't the right question.
The right question is:

If Akka confirms the amount he holds, will he agree to send 0.15 to anyone lending to you, even if you default on the deal (aka package never makes it) that he is currently escrowing for you?

I think not. Smiley

I can confirm I hold the coins in escrow. But I already have the Ok from the buyer to release them. I will be at home in about 3 hours and able to release it, so please let me know if you give him the loan before then.

Thanks Akka. Do you agree to keep 0.15BTC in escrow until Evil-Knievel pays the loan back, and send them to me, should he default?
If so, I'll cover the loan.

If so, I'll cover the loan.

If he agrees I can also pay back the loan directly from the escrow and send only the rest to him.

Otherwise: Yes I keep the BTC.

Edit: Sorry for typos. I'm on my mobile.

What the point of getting a loan which cost money if the escrow is willing to release the money to him for free and a higher amount?
Does not make sense

That's exactly the point I'm trying to make. Grin
