Wake up earlier than her to make her breakfast and feed the kids. Treat her to a spa for a massage, scrub, wax, etc. Have her go to a hair salon and have her choose anything she wants to do with her hair (Cut, trim, wash, treatment, perm, straighten, dyed, etc) and pay for it. Give her some money to go shop for new shoes, bag, make-up, clothes, jewelry, and maybe video games? I'm sure she does a lot of things for you and your family while you are busy at work or w/e you do every day. So give her somewhat like a day of R&R and assure her that you have everything taken care of. Because, after her birthday, your wife will pretty much be going back to her normal routine. Essentially, do anything and everything that you can think off to make her feel secure and appreciated.

We have family problems due to a difficult financial situation (because of the quarantine, I have problems with my business), so I try to make small surprises for my wife so that she doesn't stop loving me while I look for ways to earn more money.
