Every woman have their own wishes and some are so easy to be pleased so it would depend on your wife if she's materialistic then get her some jewelry or some accessories.
Some would only want a quality time with you go out have a dinner date do something romantic.
If you already have a child or kids and she is a house wife I think doing some chores and taking care of the kids so she could relax would be one of the greatest gift.

Share your experiences please, as this problem occures about a month before the main event and continues to bother even at nights. Cosmetics, perfumes is already a past experience, that's not an option as it's always wrong

I Made a caricature of us from the time we met and till the time of retirement age ,From past to future ..I am not a artist but i extend effort just to make a change and for her to feel More love since this Pandemic really thought us How important each other whatever happen.

I spend time in office each day for my project and yeah i finished day before her Birthday ..


She really do appreciated my gift and will treasure this over everything that i have given her since day 1..

That is exactly correct,maybe OP is just looking if there will be others that might Same target gift as him so he will have concrete idea what to give her.
Because being together in wedding means you know each others want and love.

But I would probably try the Viagra is I wanted to give a gift to my wife and wrap my hark dick with a ribbon. If you have been her husband for awhile I'm sure both of you had experimented many things already but sex that will take hours and hours is just more satisfying to her than any gift unless she is materialistic.

Woman will always like you if they are appreciated with a good meal.  It doesnt need to even be expensive just a meal she really enjoys the most.

But if your wife is not into eating meals they all like chocolate or a teddy bear stuffed animal.

Knowing what she loves and doing it for her will make her the happiest. Like for those who do not cook and if something you can learn and make it will just be the best gift for her. Travelling is always on cards as that is something which just helps you take a break. Watch, shades etc are some of the other stuff which depending upon the need and interest could also be given.

Buy anything with expensive price tag even if it is really not going to be useful in our practical life still girls will become happier when they get expensive gifts. Or something romantic like candle light dinner along with a diamond ring would be best of everything.
