To choose an ICO you can ask the flowwing question.
a. Is the company legit?
b. Do they solve a real problem?
c. Is their any demand for their offer or solution?
d. Do they have a unique selling proposition?
e. Is the roadmap realistic? (or future derams?)
f. Does the company already have customers or cooperations?
g. How much is the total supply of coins/ tokens?

You should take your time to check the list of available projects and make a very deep research about the project and you can choose the best one for you as long as you are convinced with e conclusion you have about the research you made about the project.

There are many issues to be considered when choosing ICO. The team, the road map, is a realistic project. but I would advise you to evaluate them with your own research, not with the discourses of the people. you should be very careful not to make any further losses while the market is in this situation.

I don't think that will be a help because those ico ratings are just being paid of by companies just to be on top. I once lured to that and I'm like a child that someone stole my money because in one move my money was gone because of that trap sites. Better always do some insightful research before investing because hard earned money needs to be in rightful things. |

Uchain looks good but they have suspended their tokensale because they think they have raised good amount of funds during their pre-sale so now they have decided to not open the crowdsale, im sure they will do good as they now have additional time to develop the product.

They are many ICO currently online to invest towards, take a look at fluxorin coin, the ICO is on and have a few days from now to end, i think is a good one to invest now and have less than a week ICO is over and thinking about exchange.
