Anyone notice that bitcoin2cash.com doesn't seem to be working correctly? The orders page has had both a bid and ask of 4 bitcoin for $13 for at least a day. (Unless every five minutes a buyer and seller are agreeing to trade 4 bitcoins for $13!) I've emailed sales@bitcoin2cash.com and received no reply. I hope we're not going down a mybitcoin path again. If you know anything please post it here.

Last year MadHatter was pretty trustworthy, but then he got distracted and I suppose didn't want to deal with it anymore, so has become increasingly unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend dealing with him.

I am unable to withdraw BTC from bitcoin2cash.com.
But the order matching problem was probably just a rounding bug. I had no problem selling 4 BTC at $12.99 (to ensure overlap with the bid at $13.00).

off topic of this thread: My reading of that page says that The Mad Hatter is an alias that is interesting. Which is NOT that Tom Williams = TheMadHatter. Edit / Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with bitcoin2cash in any way other than that I've been paid to change my sig to advertise bitcoin2cash. If I discover something shady is going on I will change it. Until then I'm prepared to give the guy a day or two to respond to this thread.

I'm lost, I thought Bitcoin2Cash had gone offline because PayPal shut down the sites account. What am I missing here?

This is probably not up to date but I thought bitcoin4cash and bitcoin2cash were both run by the same person and the sites basically worked together as a way to change BTC into PayPal and vise versa. Before setting up the site the owner told paypal what he was planning on doing and paypal either gave him to go-ahead or didn't respond. About two months later paypal shut his account down because his site supposedly violated some odd rule.
P.S. Oops! Big mistake on my part, I believe the site I'm referring to is coincard and its alternate not bitcoin2cash and bitcoin4cash.

I haven't been able to withdraw from bitcoin2cash.com all weekend either, and also, matching orders were not being filled over the weekend either.
I emailed support, and hope for a resolution today.
I previously had an issue with my account due to my openid provider, no fault of bitcoin2cash, and he helped me out even though it involved non-automated work on his/her end. He could have found and excuse or not answered, so I believe bitcoin2cash.com operates in good faith.
Its a shame cause its so illiquid that I wont be able to trade there unless it changes and its such a cool service, I hope it comes back strong.

I noticed this morning (monday) that my btc withdraw went through (even though I saw a proxy error screen when I attempted it on sunday--admin must have pushed it through manually based). No response to my message to admin however.

If you know anything please post it here. I'm a college student and I just got done with finals so I went to Cedar Point to celebrate. You caught me just as I left town for the weekend. I've replied to all emails. I'm looking into the situation. If you've read that guy's postings here and still trusted him, it's your fault. The political opinions I espouse and the debates I participate in have absolutely nothing to do with my business dealings. If you don't use my service because you're not a Libertarian, that's your choice but it shouldn't matter. I noticed this morning (monday) that my btc withdraw went through (even though I saw a proxy error screen when I attempted it on sunday--admin must have pushed it through manually based). Check your inbox. Also, I didn't do anything manually. It must have went through but for some reason the host's load balancer didn't properly display the results. I am alerted whenever the backend isn't working and I haven't gotten any alerts. I'm thinking that it's something to do with our host. I'm looking into the issue now.

Yeah, this happened one of the first times I used the site. His server-side copy of bitcoind.exe got hung up, causing all trades (and desposits/withdrawls) to be nonfunctional. Once restarted, things worked fine, and I haven't had any major issues since. Well, at least none that are his fault (right now Google OpenID is partially broken, probably due to the Google+ launch). As you mentioned, you were a bit mixed up. Bitcoin 4cash and Bitcoin2 cc are two sites both run by MadHatter, and there was controversy regarding his trading practices a while ago. Coinpal and Coincard are the ones that were run by Mndrix and were shut down by PayPal after several months of successful, authorized operation. All four of those sites are/were run by a singular person (either MadHatter or mndrix) and you're trading directly with that one person. Bitcoin2cash here is its own separate entity, a full exchange like MtGox where you post your bids or offers, and the focus is on anonymity. Quite easy to get confused, with all the similar names and all.

Honestly, it is hard to trust a site that does not update their btc value often. Especially one that keeps it at 13.00 for such a long time -_-
