i have got the same problem, and have to say, that sucks Hashfast! In no other branche people can handle their customers like that!
I also called severall times (from overseas) what cost quite some money as well, but allways here the same, someone will contact me within 2 working days... BUT NO ONE CALLS, EVER, or answers emails! I am allready waiting since more then 10 days to get a reply. But i am afraid i wont get anything, either my BTC´s back or an unit... Probably lost some BTC´s, will learn from that, and won´t buy one more piece at Hashfast, that´s for sure!
A friend of mine ordered some a few weeks ago, paid with BTC´s and got his confirmation within 1 hour! So what´s wrong guys? Why no reply? I think some happened here, and we won´t get anything...
I allready have a babyjet batch 1 machine ordered with upgrade chip, and stupid me ordered another one... But that won´t ever happen again! We feed hashfast, and they won´t even reply us? That´s bad and has nothing to do with BTC is becoming a better currency... You should care about your investors, guys!
Would be great if some Hashfast guy could say some to that, it seems that quite a few peoploe have same problem. How about send us our money back?? I know, hashfast rules say, NO PAYBACK
But why? Other hashing companies do so!
So what i think is, because no reaction at all from hashfast, maybe they don´t even have our BTC´s no more...
