If you can throw some more light over the details of the ICO you're willing to take part in, I can become one of the community advisors as I'm from India and can help you for the Indian language by keeping an eye on all social platforms wherever you'd like your managers to work at. As well, being very frank, I'm coming to the point asking what will be the terms of payment? Will we be paid in tokens or bitcoins or any major alt?

Yeah, a bit more info wouldn't hurt. There are so many projects out there and not few of them are doomed right from the start. So before people will come forth and offer their help with your project, I guess they need a bit of reassurance that their time isn't wasted

If you can't find an advisors at your own way then I think you are not ready yet. A strong project that will participate in ICO must already have an advisors that came from your own way and not by choosing people here via posting that "we need advisors".

A community managers will do here but if ever you will opened up a bounty, it will conflict to the chosen translators. My suggestion is, while applying for community managers, they must do the role of translation too.
