I have some bitcoin on btc-e, can anyone tell me a reliable and cost effective way to cash it (as $$$) out to my Aussie bank acct?

Not here.  Someone on an exchange recommended coinjar but they have thus taken over a month to approve my bank acct (wtf) and over 2 weeks to respond to my help ticket on the matter
