What are the best ways to promote ICOs?
I think the best way to promote ico is to do all the same at the same time by means of airway programs and prize programs for all campaigns from telegram to signatures as they are all suitable for promotional sites, although not all of them have a big impact. but we should not ignore either of them

Agreed. This place is still probably the best way to promote ICOs, after all many sites are banning crypto ads.

Of course, holding a bounty campaign ensures the dissemination of information about the project, but do not forget about advertising. If the project is really interesting and useful, then cooperation with large companies, investors, celebrities will help to attract a huge number of people and form a community that will bring the fame of the project to the level of Bitcoin or Ethereum.

To me, the best way to promote products and investments especially ICO is through advertising like using social media on Facebook, Twitter and Google sites due to the huge number of users but unfortunately, they will ban Crypt ads. And if I think this product is good and registered platform different, and high costs will attract the attention of investors.

I think invite a good and famous advisor will help an ico more success because that advisor will bring more trust to that projects. An advisor will have some idea to help that project a live, follow the roadmap, keep the price stable...

The first step to be taken by all ICO organizers is to place information about the upcoming release of tokens on special calendar sites. There are many resources where you may publish a schedule of planned ICO. The logical second step in ICO promotion should be the publication of announcements and links in social networks and communities. After the announcements have been published on the calendar sites, thematic forums and social networks, it’s time to work with the online media. There are a few different options available. In the first place, you will need a blog to publish news, press releases, and details about your business. Typically, the Medium platform is selected for this purpose.

That's right. Bounty campaign is one of the best ways to promote ICOs. In bounty, you can promote through signature and avatar campaign, video (youtube, etc), articles (blog, web, medium, others), social media (twitter, FB, telegram, and others).
Using the airdrops and some community channels likely the Reddit, telegram, and other forums are also good.
What about having promotion offline in some good countries or cities related to the project?

Place a nice promotion according to me is the bounty program campaign. Such as participating in social media campaigns is very easy, using your Facebook with very easy to promote because of followers of facebook very much. Twitter is also the same as facebook for promotion is also very precise. For today both social media is able to deliver the good news to all people.

If the company behind ICO is rather small and their product is not hyped from the very beginning, then bounties are a great way to get promoted around. But if the company is huge with possibly a working alpha or beta of the product that is hyped beyond anything, then they do not need a bounty promotion, but can afford to do one on their own. But if we are talking about bounties here, then the usual things. Social media, wearing signatures on this forum, spreading word maybe on some other forums, reddit, blogs etc. Also, maintaining a healthy and supportive community is very, very important.

According to the budget volume, the most of assets now go for bounty-campaigns. It is nearly 1-5%. Currently the major social networks and search engines  restrict the ICO ads, so that you should address the independent platforms like Reddit, Telegram, SteemIt.

Social Media is how the coins get more money flowing into their markets. If a coin has low amounts of people in their fan base then it is not going to have a lot of people wanting to purchase it.
