I have lowered Cost per Mille rate on my website to just only 0.05 BTC for 1000 impressions (thousand times of advertisement show). Due to recent Bitcoin price drop it is less than 40 cents.

Geotargeting updated, now you can exclude county you don't want to show ads (e.g. for U.S. if you have legal gambling site). Poker clubs, casinos welcome!
