bter.com scam?

Hi,

I just spend some LTC on bter.com, and im unable to withdraw them yesterday it was BTC withdraw unavailable, today its: "reset your fund passwort" and the captcha is always wrong.

Is my LTC gone ? Does anyone have the same problems?

Is there a exchange that doesnt have problems like this? Is there anyone that uses a service that they haven't had problems for making exchanges quickly? It seems like you could make a lot of money buying and selling BTC if you could actually get a an exchange that would do real-time trading and pay-outs.

I've used btc-e and, lately, cryptsy with great success (btc-e seems to have more volume, but fewer options than cryptsy), I also like campbx (they only do bitcoin, but when transferring between fiat and bitcoin I prefer them (they're based in the US and have low cost transfers to USD)).

Yesterday the capcha did not work, now it does but when I try to reset fund password, it says either my email of password is invalid. What is with this site??? Does it even have support. I am very frustrated.

I was really disappointed by BTER's service lately as well, unable to withdraw DTC, change fund password as well as being logged out every 5 minutes. Felt as though I could not get my coins off that site fast enough.

Bter is a working in the current period (I have withdrawn 0.01) .I guess the reason for this is some kind of hacking for the website or for a number of users accounts,and they disabled them for security but I am not sure about this.

I read a lot of complaints about Bter. Actually I signed up for first time with them around 2 weeks ago, made 2 deposits, in NXT and BTC, and no one of them appeared. I tought I am scammed also becuase I got no reply on mail. However, few hours later, an email appeared in my mailbox, asking if the deposit problem is resolved. Also my money appeared there and I was able to withdraw them without any problems. Seems like Bter were samming people a lot in the past but recently they changed their strategy as they want to be promoted more wildely and they count on their reputation. I was amazed to get a very polite mail by them in English, and even they gave a skype. I strongly sugest you to contact them again and ask for your issue to be resolved. I am almost sure you will succceed now, please, try on their email  support@bter.com or skype: bter1 bter1

P.S. Not sure if that played a role, but few hours after my deposits not showing up, I decided to make a small try and made a second microdeposit for extreamly small amount - 6 NXT, being far less than a cent. After that my money appeared and I got reply than them

P.S. I understand admin need to take care of spammers but really need to reconsider posting interval limits. At the current situation I was trying to help people and send all involved in this problem PMs but had to wait. When I posted this current post in all threads regardign this issue, I again had to wait 6e seconds.

Work with them around 2 weeks. Made many deposits and withdraws in BTC and NXT. And I have no problem. Everything fine.
