This forum is great for learning about bitcoins, discussing issues with very diverse people and finding out how to get more bitcoin!  While the price of BTC has curtailed a lot of the giveaways that used to happen here, this is still one of the best sources for finding BTC.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

First it started when I looked for my gpu configurations and mostly are given here when I try to search from google se. Then lately I loved to join the discussions and so I then was convinced to join the forum.

I started using it at the beginning of the year when I started mining.  I mainly mine on Slush, Bitminter, and BTCGuild and all 3 have their pool forums hosted here.  Also, nearly all my hardware configuration info has come from here.  I finally decided to join and stop "window shopping".

Because,  BTC!

 Grin

But, really, it's mostly just because I enjoy the concept of mining.  Not that I have anything super special for mining, but it's a cool hobby.  My block erupter rig is an awesome conversation piece!   Smiley

I joined to gain info and talk to others who are in on the group buy talked about at this link in for forum:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=335145.0

And the actual group buy can be found at http://www.dzminercoop.com/

I bought 1 share, 40 GH, 1/50th on one of these 2TH rigs:  http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/prospero-x-3.html

This seem like a pretty good deal.

2TH right now would bring in about $1100 a day.

If the dollar figure is down to $400 a day in February, 1/50 is $8 a day, minus a few percent for the stated overheads of hosting and the investment pays for itself in about 15 days.

If the per day return is $200 per day for the 2 TH rig then the investment is paid off in 30 days.

Check it out.

We are just about to launch an online sportsbook with a completely new, distinctive, creatively different user interface and approach to betting and we would like to advertise it here. Definitely, our sportsbook will use bitcoins as its payment method.
