If you have the right budget for investment then you should invest in both and diversify but if you have a certain budget for investment, then I’d suggest for you to invest the existing ones rather than the ICO ones because there is no assurance yet that those ICO coins will be successful.

Invest in anything you trust and have belief in its potential. For me it is REMME because of the backing project. They are working upon security vulnerability and provides security solution to online businesses mainly exchanges. This can prevent breaches and help in securing data.

I prefer coins that have a high enough value but remain stable like Ethereum, Neo, monero and litecoin, but I also see the situation and conditions, if I find a good coin and have a cheap price under $ 1, I would not hesitate to invest in the coin, you must be careful and intelligent to keep an eye on market movements.

70/30 in favor of ICOs is a little too risky. We would recommend 50/50 or at least 60/40. ICOs might need time to develop their projects and get listed on exchanges so you should have some sort of stable coins while waiting for that to happen. In the long term you can increase the % of your portfolio in favor of ICOs but for the start you should try a more balanced approach.  Most of the people start with around 40-50% in Bitcoin,Ethereum,Litecoin etc, 20-30% in altcoins and 10-20% in ICOs, which we believe is the smartest thing to do when you are a beginner investor. Hope this helps and best of luck !

both investment is good, IF you invest to existing one you can see the movement of the coin and you have a chance to bought that coin in low price. If you bought a coin during ICO you can have a chance to get a bonus percentage on how much you will buy so both is good timing to invest.

Which one will you prefer or best to invest? Coins with high rates like bitcoin, BCH, ETH and etc or coins with cheap rated below $1 or in ICO token?

I find its worth investing 70 percent of my capital into ICOs which do have good projects and good teams as well. And invest the rest 30 percentage in top listed coins which are high in rates.

What will you advice?
I prefer to invest in ICOs or in cheap coins that has potential to grow. All you need to do a thorough research about the projects and the team behind and their roadmaps if they are following on that plan. It's a high risk compared to investing in BTC and ETH but the profits you will gain is much higher than putting your money in BTC and ETH.

I prefer to invest more in existing and stable coin that have good potentials to yield profit because they can be monitored. Then I will invest little amount in promising icos that I have made thorough research about and I'm convinced that it will be successful. I will invest and hold my potential coin on long term for maximum profit .

Coins with large mcap are safer to invest whereas a small mcap coin are riskier but give more profits. Latter has higher chances of multiplying. I would say invest in both type of coins for a safer investment.

The stable coin means your coin doesn't have any potential to growth more in the future. You must know that the development progress of the stable coin will be more slowly compared with the coin with high volatility. Investing in the existing coin will give the more guarantee to not get scammed by scammer.

I suggest anyone in here to see remme as one of the promising platform in this time. Remme working to increase the potentially do developer a new fork of security measure to protect our data soon.

totally agree with the way you invest for 70% on ICO and 30% on existing altcoins, since the volitility of market the price still unpredictable i would prefer investing on ICO, but dont just put your money only in one ICO, since it need long term holding to get more benefit.
i did many research on which ICO i should invest, there are good ICO come with great product and supported by expereinced team, but sometimes we found inconsistent rules regarding tokensale that will make FUD

50% - 50%
I think that both options are good, but investing in good and stablished coins is sometimes much more profitable than investing on ico

I invest only in well-studied projects, one of them is Yumerium, YUM integrates marketing tools such as referral bonuses or bounty campaigns to attract and engage users.

ico investment is very risky you better invest 50% to coins that have a high value and 50% on the coin that has a value of $ 0.07- $ 0.1 because it also has a chance to reach $ 1 in the future

i prefer icos but joining good icos are nearly impossible nowadays. because they request so many things from small investors. not only kyc but also poc etc. and even you give everything they limit you with less than 1 ethereum.

Actually if you want to make profit now, don't invest in ICO. There so many fact about ICO before, they are potentially scam and lost your money in vain. I suggest you to invest on top coin like bitcoin, ethereum etc. Because they are the best choice according to me now, they will bring crypto back again.

I personally invest more heavily in coins that are in great rank and have lasted a long time. Maybe just 30% of my investment into the coin under $ 1 and also to ico. But for now I just sit to monitor the market, because the market continues to move unexpectedly and it is difficult to guess.

Now is the time for ICOs, as the market is being pressured by manipulators but they can't put pressure on ICOs, so people are more willing to invest in initial coin offering.

I do not find solid bases to think that in fact it is better to invest in unknown ICOs, which offer no guarantee since they are generally projects in development without a real product that satisfies a need.

On the other hand, the cryptos recognized as bitcoin or ethereum are a guarantee of profitability and still have a lot of space to grow in the medium and long term, so from the perspective of a conservative investor like me, without a doubt I will always prefer to put my capital in a safe haven as bitcoin, rather than risk it in an adventure without any guarantee as the ICOs are.
