Ordering a miner from Bitmain

Planning on purchasing a miner from Bitmain. They offer 3 shipping methods, UPS, DHL and FEDEX. What option would be the fastest and most customs friendly? Since it is my first time ordering, how does customs deal with Bitmain miners?

magkanu kaya charges ng customs and duties?  kailangan pa ba ipakita payment method sa customs?  paanu if paid with crypto, and not through bank transfer?

Nung umorder ako ng gaming chair sa SecretLab bali DHL ang pinili ko. Nagulat nga ako sa custom fee tsaka ung sa handling fee, inabot ng 4k kasama yung tax.
Taxable daw yung mga items if lagpas ng 10k ang presyo (un pagkakatanda ko). So mukha namang nasa 20k+ ung presyo ng miner na bibilin mo, sure na yung sa tax. Yung sa fee ng DHL siguro mkakamenos ka kasi mas maliit siya na package compare sa chair or pwede din na mas mataas dahil sa origin of location? (chair - only from singapore)

I have no clue about sa payment using crypto.
