Hi guys, I hope you can help me! I lost my JSON / UTC file of my MyEtherWallet but I still have the private key. Will I be able to send my tokens to other exchange? Is there anyway I can recover my JSON / UTC file. Thank you in advance for your help!

If you still have a private key then your wallet can still be opened and still be used.
jason file is just another alternatife to open your wallet. to restore jason file i do not know how.

With your private key, you can log in to your account and you can send your tokens to any other account or exchanges without any issue. But I never tried to download JSON / UTC file because mostly I did this step at my first-time account opening. You can do a google search and find out the answer to this question.

OR just create another account and transfer all your coins to your new account using your private key.

One of my friend told me that sending tokens from MEW to another MEW is considered hacking and my wallet might bet banned. Is that true?

You can still use your Private Key to open your Myetherwallet and transfer the token into other wallet but if you lost your Json File I think you cannot restore it. If you want just make a new MeW, get the JSON file from it and transfer the token into your new mew and store your Json file+password and the Private key as well in the safe place.

Don't worry. I also lost my JSON/UTC file of my MEW but I still can use my MEW as usual cause I still have private key )

You still can send your token to exchange as long as you have enough ETH to pay for transaction fee in your MEW. LOL. But you should keep your private key safe cause it's the only way that you can use to access to your MEW.

Well, private key gives you the opportunity to send tokens, and that file is just the additional information and other methods of logging into your wallet.

What were you looking at, while registering on Myetherwallet? You will not be able to recover it, even though you got the private key.
