Been away for a while, came back to catch up on how my old bitcoins are doing. I am trying to do a transaction for gold coins, but I can't PM the other user; the board is saying I have sent a PM in the last 360 seconds. I haven't sent any messages since this morning when I first asked about the gold coins.

I know previously there was a white list I had to ask to be moved from to remove some of these restrictions. I think that was undone for my account. Is there any way I can get my account set up so I don't have to wait 6 minutes to continue a conversation in PMs?

I was able to finally send the message, but am still curious about the restriction.

Thanks.

There are 2 kind of restrictions:
- where you can post. (newbie jail). And it is lifted after 1 post and 4 hours. So, you can now post in every forum (altcoin, service, and so on).
- time between posts. And it depends on activity (for people like you, with an activity lower than 16, it is 6 min between post, then it will be 1 min, and lower)

So, what I understand that to mean is I need to post every 6 minutes until I have posted enough that I can post more frequently in order to maintain a real-time conversation?

"an activity lower than 16"

Does an activity of 16 mean 16 posts?

Activity = min (posts; 14*2 active weeks period)

So, for example, if you created your account today, your activity will be capped to 14 for the next 2 weeks.
If you created your account before 2 weeks ago and made 1 post then, you can reach more than 16

You have to wait, until the restrictions are lifted (16 posts).

You already got 7 posts, so you will be able to post every min soon.
The activity is updated every 30 min.

Yeah, but I don't have 9 more things to say to everyone, heh.

I guess this counts as one of them, but I am out of content now.

All well, transaction done, won't really matter until the next time I am looking to diversify some coins.

Thanks for the information everyone.
