because the withdrawal of ETH has been in pending from 3 days ago.

what is going on? is ethereum in trouble?

I never used the site, but it seems that the problem often happens there in Qryptos. I saw this reddit thread posted last Feb with the same issue, Eth withdrawal processing for days.

What coin you do convert from those ETH's of yours? So far with Qryptos i do see this exchange have ads of facebook and when i checked out the volume on daily basis its just small and too far of on the ranking thats why i dont bother to use up this exchange and now i do read up these issues and on the reddit ones too. Eth network is just fine there no congestion, this kind of problem is already on the site itself.

Ether network is not clogged right now and everything is going well even with low gas fee . so it should not take so long period just for withdrawal .
many people in their telegram group were complaining about this issue for ZEBI token . I personally never used this exchange .

you can mail them or contact via other option , thats what is the only option .

So you need to contact the support team immediately and wait for their response but normally there response will be in few weeks that is what all you can do now.Keep patience and next time don't use that exchange if you have issue with that.

I have never used the site. However, I know there are such problems in decentralized stock markets. You can get support by typing in e-mails or by typing mail.

If you face any problem on your withdrawal it is better to open a support ticket and wait for reply and no one is here to help you because this is not the support thread. I am using thr qryptos but never withdraw from there.

I am not sure what kind of site it is. I advice you to go with the support team to assist your problem mate. There are various reasons whenever going to make the transaction from one place to another person.
If you sets the gas fee lesser than the expected fee you will not get the transaction completed soon.
Since there is no accelerator option for ethereum, lol. You cannot accelerate it dude.

I have never experienced pending during withdraw. and in some time ago I always deposit / withdrawl but never any pending.

after a week long, finally my withdrawal processed and has entered into my wallet. the reason they are so absurd and to me is very funny, they give a statement that the withdrawal is delayed because they are on vacation, so no one is processing the withdrawal transaction.

advice from me if you make a withdrawal from Qryptos, always ask the support team about the withdrawal status, so you do not get stuck.
