The person help me buy 200 USD reloadit code and i send his bitcoin adress  0.171BTC,but after i send the bitcoin to it,he do not give me the reloadit code.

Why didn't you use escrow???

I do not know how to use escrow.so i first trust him.but he is a scammer!
